Geology

Short characteristics of the site: One of very few intrusive bodies of mafic vein rocks, lamprophyres, in mica schists and fylonites of the Kutná Hory crystalline rocks. The utcrop belongs to the Kutná Hora Crystaline.
Regional geologic unit: Bohemian Massif - crystalline complex and pre-Variscian Palaeozoic - Kutná Hora and Svratka region - Kutná Hora crystalline complex
